Die Zucchinis in einer Pfanne and\u00fcnsten, die gesch\u00e4lten Mandeln anr\u00f6sten, die Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len.<br>2. Die gekochten Zucchinis mit allen anderen Zutaten (Mandeln, Pistazien, Parmesan, Basilikumbl\u00e4ttern, Oliven\u00f6l)  in den Mixer geben und zerkleinern. <br>3. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Stefano wohnt mit seiner Frau Simona und den Zwillingen (6 Jahre alt) im Prinz-Eugen-Park.
