Man bereitet lange Zeit die Suppen vor. Aber ich habe manchmal einfach spontan Lust, ein Rahmen zu Hause zu essen. St\u00fcck Ingwer <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 Lauch <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam ger\u00f6stet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chilipaste (wer es scharf mag)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Gem\u00fcse aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nach Geschmack z.B.:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Pak Choi <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 Karotten <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Handvoll Zuckererbsen&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2  Handvoll Pilze&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2  Handvoll Sojasprossen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frittierter Tofu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Korianderbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ZUBEREITUNG:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rahmen Nudeln \u201eal dente\u201c kochen (ca. 5 Minuten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingwer, Knoblauch und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel hacken und im Topf mit etwas Pflanzen\u00f6l anschwitzen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Br\u00fche (ca. 1 Liter)  und ein Schuss Wei\u00dfwein dazugeben und k\u00f6cheln lassen, Miso durch Sieb in die Br\u00fche streichen und Sojasauce erg\u00e4nzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zum Verfeinern ger\u00f6steten und gemahlenen Sesam und ein Schuss Sesam\u00f6l erg\u00e4nzen. Als sie vor 15 Jahren nach M\u00fcnchen kam war es schwieriger mit den Zutaten &#8211; mittlerweile bekommt man in den Asia Shops fast alle Zutaten, stellt sie fest.<br>Sie ist ein \u201ekuidaure\u201c  &#8211; Peperoni aufschlitzen, entkernen und in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden (danach gut die H\u00e4nde waschen). Knoblauch fein hacken oder mit der Knoblauchpresse pressen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einem Topf circa 6 EL Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen. Darin Knoblauch und Peperonin unter R\u00fchren and\u00fcnsten. Tomaten etwas zerkleinern (falls es ganze Tomaten sind) und zusammen mit Tomatenmark und Sardellenfilets dazugeben und verr\u00fchren. Das Ganze bei offenem Topf 15 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit Spaghetti nach Packungsangabe kochen. Petersilie fein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kapern und Oliven in die Sauce r\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen (Vorsicht mit Salz, da Kapern, Oliven und Sardellen schon recht salzig sind). Sauce und Nudeln gleich mischen und Petersilie dar\u00fcber streuen.
